The Norse mythology-inspired roguelite Asgard’s Fall: Viking Survivors has officially launched on PC following its Early Access campaign.
Developed by Soulpotion and published by Assemble Entertainment and Sidekick Publishing, Asgard’s Fall has made the jump to its full 1.0 release today, September 9.
The Survivors-like roguelite throws players into the realms of Norse mythology, battling increasingly dangerous hordes while building powerful combinations of abilities and upgrades.
The full release features four playable characters, nine realms, 48 enemy types and 16 boss encounters. Players can also experiment with 37 abilities, 74 Ability Fates, 36 general Knots of Fate and eight Forged Abilities to create different builds across their runs.
Customisation goes further with 24 Warpaint effects and 20 Warpaint Ascendancy effects.

What’s new for the full release?
The move out of Early Access also introduces additional content, including the Druid as a new playable character and Hel as a new boss in Helheim.
Players can also expect new encounters involving Loki and Odin, Ability Fates, weapon cosmetics and additional achievements as part of the expanded 1.0 experience.
Asgard’s Fall originally entered Steam Early Access on April 9, 2025, before reaching its full release today.
