Sky Castle Studios, the team behind the 3D digital miniatures customiser Hero Forge, has released a new trailer for Wildmagic Frontier, its upcoming character-driven, deck-building tactics RPG for browsers and Windows PC.

The Wildmagic Frontier Kickstarter campaign will launch on September 10, with players able to follow the campaign now to receive updates and be notified when it begins.

The latest trailer offers a look at Astara, a verdant world reawakened by volatile wild magic.

Playable either solo or cooperatively with up to two friends, Wildmagic Frontier allows players to recruit companions, craft cards, build decks around different combinations and lead their party through tactical battles.

Hero Forge Integration

Wildmagic Frontier will also feature integration with Hero Forge, allowing players to import Hero Forge 3D Digital Miniatures that they already own into the game.

Players will also be able to choose from premade character archetypes.

The development team has worked to combine physical and digital dioramas, with environments designed to recreate the appearance of a real-world tabletop setup within the game.
