Warframe: Iceblade of Narin Update Arrives Today With New Warframe, Areas and Citrine Prime Access
Digital Extremes has released Iceblade of Narin, the latest major free update for Warframe, bringing a new playable Warframe, fresh areas to explore, new enemies, weapons and cosmetics.
Available today, 23 September, across Warframe’s supported platforms, the update introduces Narin, the 66th Warframe, whose abilities draw on ice and spectral swords. Players can summon a barrage of blades, create wings of ice and unleash a freezing explosion against nearby enemies.
The update also takes players back to familiar locations with new discoveries waiting beneath the ice. Yuvan Peak introduces a new social area, while returning locations feature updated environments and additional encounters. Players can also revisit the derelict spacecraft Zariman, where new enemies and secrets await.
Alongside the new content, Citrine Prime Access introduces a Prime version of Citrine, complete with increased energy and armour, an additional Naramon Dash polarity slot and new equipment. The update also brings a selection of cosmetics, including community-created items.
Digital Extremes has also reworked Banshee, updating her ability kit and introducing new login rewards. To celebrate Warframe’s arrival on the Samsung Galaxy Store, players who log in before 7 October can claim a free Banshee Warframe and Forma resource. Android players can also obtain additional rewards through the Samsung Galaxy Store until 21 October.
